Per Se restaurant is starting a 20% "service fee" instead of tips... that's shady i think because the avg. customer tips 20 anyways... and this way the waitresses and waiters have to work for half their tips because they are splitting it with the cooks ant others in the back... so their service will start sucking... THAT BLOWS... bad idea per se!
